How do I determine what account type I have for each account?

• Individual - If the shares are registered in your name alone, the account type is "individual".
• Joint (including "joint in trust") - If the shares are registered in the names of yourself and one or more other individuals either for yourselves or in trust for someone else (e.g. "John and Mary Smith), the account type is "joint".
• Individual in trust - If the shares are registered in your name alone in trust for another (John Smith in trust for Annette Smith), the account type is "individual in trust".
• Other - if you are not sure, or not described above
