  • What is a corporate action?
    A corporate action is a transaction initiated by a party other than the security holder that affects securities held by investors or related entitlements. Examples are: a takeover bid, merger, stock split, reverse split, rights issue, spin-off, stock dividend, etc. A security holder's participation in a corporate action can be optional or mandatory, depending on the terms of the transaction.
  • How do I return my completed corporate action form to TSX Trust?
    Please review the instructions on the corporate action form. There you will find:

    • Information on how to complete the form
    • What additional documentation may be required
